STUDY ABROAD TRAVEL INSURANCE THINGS TO NOTE

Maximum age limit at date of departure is 24 years.
All premiums are subject to 20% Insurance Premium Tax.
Cover is available to all UK Residents.
You are allowed up to FOUR return journeys back to the UK for up to 28 days
Activities available at standard premium are listed in the Underwriter’s Policy Wording
Students must be travelling overseas on authorised study or work experience placements through an institution of further education and a letter/email of confirmation must be received to confirm this insurance. This document can be emailed to us within the UK.
The maximum duration for the placement is 12 Months and cover can be renewed on an annual basis subject to satisfactory completion of the Underwriter’s Extension or Departed documents.
You must inform us in advance if your subject may be outside the normal curriculum and if this could potentially mean a higher risk for Underwriters, for example, participation in dramatic arts, dancing etc.
